We are having a Rosé Party on The sTORIbook today with three delicious rosé cocktail recipes that are perfect for those warm summer days! A good rosé is one of my absolute favorite wines. Not just because of it’s gorgeous blush color but it is also incredibly refreshing and versatile. Additionally, a good rose actually has very complex flavors and aromas.

Llano Estacado located in the Texas Panhandle has a lovely Signature Rosé that has those crisp citrus flavors that I always look for along with notes of strawberry and a nice finish. It retails for $8-$12 making it very affordable and a perfect option for some cocktail fun.  The Signature Rosé is a Texas Rhone Style Rose composed of classic Southern Rhône varieties; Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsaut and Carignan. A maximum of 12 hours skin contact is used for all varieties before being pressed. It was then blended early and fermented cold in stainless steel to preserve its delicate aromatics. Doesn’t it just sound fabulous?!

Josie Rees of Sweet Josephine’s and I were obviously very inspired by the wine and created some uber chic and delicious recipes for you so you can up your hostessing game! It’s gonna be Rosé All Day! Cheers!
