Spring is definitely coming early this year for most of us. Here in San Antonio we’ve pretty much been in spring for two months now and are slightly terrified that summer might show up in April! It was such a warm winter but I always love the changing of the seasons. New seasons mean NEW TRENDS!
A couple weeks ago I was sick and unable to attend the always fantastic Neiman Marcus Spring 2016 Fashion Trends Runway Show produced by PR Director, Xitlalt Herrera-Salazar. I always look forward to it so I was sad to miss. But my photographer was on-site to capture the looks! So who’s ready to learn what’s in style for Spring 2016?!
Lace, Lace, Lace:
The loveliness of ladylike lace (say that 3 times fast) covered the Spring 2016 runways. Wear it from day to night, mix it with casual pieces, layer it together – but the number 1 rule is just wear it!

Bare Shoulders:
This is my personal favorite trend of the season. It’s time to show off your shoulders! Full off the shoulder is back as well as the “cold shoulder blouse” which has holes cut out over the shoulder vs. an entire lowered neckline.

Confident Reds:
This high impact trend is back from Fall 2015. This used to be a color that I steered away from but now I have to say it’s one of my favorite colors to wear.

Denim Everything:
Remember those days of Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake in their all denim look? Well, those days are back but in a so much more refined way. Here’s how to do all denim right…
