I’m so honored to be joining the SeaWorld Wildside blogger ambassador program again this year! My family and I had a blast with SeaWorld last year and I’m so excited to now have Foster to be a part of the awesome SeaWorld family. Two weekends ago I attended SeaWorld’s AdventureCon 2015 blogger conference and it was another amazing weekend filled with memories (to see last year’s conference here).
I snapped loads of behind-the-scenes photos and thought I’d give you a peek at the weekend!
One of the activities we did was a trainer talk at the Pacific white-sided dolphins exhibit before the park opened. Luke was able to get up close to watch the dolphins swimming and playing together.
We also got to see the NEW Pacific Point Preserve show staring the comedic sea lion duo, Clyde and Seamore, as well as a Pacific Walrus and mischievous otter. Pictured with me are two other fabulous bloggers, Anna Cobbs from Fleurdille and Amy Johnson from Maker Mama.
One of the best parts about Adventurecon is the families get to attend as well. All the kids make friends and it’s seriously like one HUGE family!
One of the COOLEST things we did during the weekend was a behind-the-scenes tour of where animals are kept if they aren’t in an exhibit. Luke loved the sting rays and finds them fascinating!
This little guy LOVED the attention and kept wanting to be pet.
Currently in San Antonio the dolphin exhibit is under construction and will be opening the new and improved exhibit next year. The dolphins are held in separate areas. As you can see this guy wanted in on my selfie!
We also got to pet a shark! Luke was so excited he volunteered to be the first person to pet him!
This is me with fellow San Antonio bloggers Stacy Teet from Kid Stuff World and Michelle Cantu from A Thrifty Diva.
And, of course, I had to show you what I wore!! Comfy yet chic!
Stay tuned to another year of coverage from SeaWorld San Antonio!
