Optimism.
The actual definition is hopefulness and confidence about the future or the successful outcome of something. What a positive word! I believe that striving to have an optimistic point of view will always benefit you. Not only will you live a happier life but did you know that studies show you will actually live a HEALTHIER life?! Seems like a no brainer to me!
If you’ve been following the blog lately you know that I’ve been partnering with Frost Bank on their #OptForOptimism campaign. Previously, I spread generosity with their #FrostItForward campaign (read more here) and I’m so excited to continue to share this wonderful message in the city of San Antonio with their latest news! And the most exciting part… you have the opportunity to win $500 for a non-profit of your choice!
Frost Bank has recently commissioned a stunning mural by the famous local artists, Nik Soupe and Shek Vega, of Los Otros that continues to share the message of optimism within our community. The mural is located at 1802 Flores St. and on November 7th from 11am-2pm you can visit the mural and if you post a picture of the mural with the hashtag #OptForOptimism you will be entered to win $500 for the non-profit of your choice! Additionally, they will also be on-site giving away fun treats and surprises like tickets to Alamo Drafthouse, High Brew Coffee and lots of other goodies!
