I try to work out 3-4 times a week but I have to admit I’m not very good at working out by myself. I just don’t push myself and I allow myself to get distracted. Every single workout is different and you have a coach guiding you the entire way. The workouts are a mix of cardio (treadmill, bike or strider) as well as strength training. You can also go at your own pace but there are certainly plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself.

I also love the COMMUNITY that OrangeTheory has built. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging and even more important for a fitness environment… they remove the intimidation out of trying a new workout routine.
