I try to work out 3-4 times a week but I have to admit I’m not very good at working out by myself. I just don’t push myself and I allow myself to get distracted. Before I know it I’m answering texts, checking my email and then thinking about all the work I need to get done. And for that exact reason is probably why I love OrangeTheory Fitness so much!

When I workout I want it to be worth my time. I’m dedicating one hour to my fitness and I need MAXIMUM RESULTS. That’s exactly what OrangeTheory Fitness does. While working out you wear a heart monitor to ensure you are in optimal levels for fat burn and you truly get a full body workout.
Every single workout is different and you have a coach guiding you the entire way. The workouts are a mix of cardio (treadmill, bike or strider) as well as strength training. You can also go at your own pace but there are certainly plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself.
I also love the COMMUNITY that OrangeTheory has built. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging and even more important for a fitness environment… they remove the intimidation out of trying a new workout routine.
