TODAY is the big day! The new H&M opens at North Star Mall at noon! If you saw yesterday’s blog post you know that I’m hosting the grand opening and there are going to be so many fun things going on including loads of giveaways!
One of the main questions that everyone has been asking me is, “Will they have H&M’s new beauty line?” And the answer is… YES! I bet it will be going fast so be sure to grab some quickly if you are able to make it out.
I had the opportunity to try some of the makeup line earlier this week including the Midnight and Silver Eye Colour Palette, Candy Apple Lipstick, Aqua Liquid Eyeliner and Happily Ever After Nail Polish.
I was so excited when I opened this Midnight and Silver Eye Colour Palette! I have blue eyes so I love doing a dark navy smokey eye to really make the blue pop. It’s also a great color that really anyone can wear and it’s very stylish for fall and winter.
This Candy Apple Lipstick is oh so lovely! It retails for $9.99 and the color is beautiful! It applies as a vibrant pink with red undertones and I was incredibly impressed with how creamy it was. It almost felt more like a balm than a lipstick. They also have lots of other colors available online.
They have sooo many nail polish colors to choose from! They retail for $5.99 and only takes one coat to achieve the true color. I liked the density of the brush which really made it easy to apply.
Their $6.99 liquid eye liner was phenomenal! It’s long-lasting and won’t smudge. I particularly love the thin brush as it really allows you to apply precisely.

I did explore their blush line and its divine, especially the deeper, richer shades…perfectly for the fall! I would invest in them if I won!
I’ve been needing some new concealer and some brushes. This would be great!
