Everyone knows I have an Instagram addiction/obsession. I love having the ability to see quick snapshots of people’s lives, get behind-the-scenes access to events and I even use it for style and shopping inspiration. It also allows me to show you little extras from photo shoots, wardrobe pulls, runways shows and, of course, peeks of my little munchkins!
I think my Instagram obsession might get even worse because I’m very honored to share with you that I was featured in an article in the San Antonio Express-News titled, “13 Local Fashionistas Making San Antonio Their Runway on Instagram” by the lovely Madalyn Mendoza (HUGE thank you Madalyn)!
I know so many of these ladies and I can tell you that they EACH inspire me every day! Not only are they fashionistas but many are also mothers and entrepreneurs. Definitely there is MUCH to admire about them!
I don’t know all of the gals featured but I’d like to share with you a little bit more about some of them. And don’t forget to follow their Instagram accounts!
If you see me…you’ve got a pretty high percentage chance that you’re going to see Aquila Mendez-Valdez too! She is a fellow blogger and PR entrepreneur and a kick a** mommy who is also quickly becoming a bestie of mine. She is just one of those people that I love being around and am so grateful that we have eachother!
From a random coffee date in the summer to now – Gabrielle de la Garza has been a shining light in my life. Not only is she an amazing accessories designer and stylist but she is also a woman of faith. I truly believe God placed us in eachother’s lives for a reason!
Burgundy Woods came in to San Antonio with a bang and she’s been such a breath of fresh air! Her enthusiasm is infectious and her support of the San Antonio fashion industry is selfless. She is one of those people with a genuinely kind, giving spirit. Plus, she’s another lady boss that is rocking it!
This fashionista is a mom of FOUR! Yet while still being an amazing mother, Christina Coker, also just started her own social media company and continues blogging! I don’t know how she does it all!
I recently met Stefanie Martinez and was immediately struck by her sweetness! She is also the right hand of Burgundy Woods and has been working her tail off on the San Antonio Fashion Awards. I love her edgy style an willingness to take a fashion risk.
Every time I see Jeanelly Concepcion I always think, “I want her hair!” This gal has an innate sense of style and is also a fellow fashion blogger! She just has a major cool factor going on!
Adriana Tostado is a new friend of mine that I actually just met in person but I’ve been following for FOREVER on Instagram. I get tons of style inspiration from her and love that she always finds the neatest places to take pictures at.
