A couple months ago I had the pleasure of attending the Neiman Marcus Spring 2015 Fashion Trends runway show. I apologize that it’s taken me so long to get it on the blog! While it is quite late I still wanted to showcase this beautifully produced show and many of the trends that will transcend into Summer 2015!
Trend 1: The New Bohemian
The new “hippie chic” is a trend that I’ve completely embraced this Spring, particularly since I’ve been pregnant. Fringe, flowy silhouettes and romantic floral dresses all give a new edge to this look. This is a look that doesn’t have to be reserved for festival season.

Trend 2: Mixed Prints
I know many ladies are a tad hesitant of this trend but I really encourage you to try it. Here are a few tips on how to pull this trend off:
- Color family is key! Select prints that are within the same color family.
- Start with simple prints – stripes are a good option.
- Select one dominant print and pair with a less dominant one to not overwhelm.
- If still nervous, start with accessories. Maybe try mixing prints between a blouse and a pair of shoes.

Trend 3: Spice Market
This is a beautiful trend because of the COLORS! The vibrancy and richness of sage, saffron, paprika, and cayenne are mouth-watering and very wearable.

Trend 4: All Whites
This is probably my favorite trend of the season and you’ll definitely see this one continue in to summer. White is crisp and timeless and perfect for every occasion. You can easily add a pop of color with accessories such as your shoes, handbags or sunglasses.
