Did you know that San Antonio is the home to the oldest children’s amusement park in the country? The Kiddie Park opened in 1925 and was renovated in 2009. I can actually remember going to a birthday party for one of my friends there when I was little so it was very nostalgic taking Luke for the first time.
Luke was joined by two of his friends and we had so much fun riding the old-fashioned ferris wheel, famous hand-carved Herschell Spillman carousel and other kiddie rides! Check out the fun below and be sure to enter to win (2) unlimited ride bands!
L to R: Ezra, Tanner and Luke in awe as they are about to ride the ferris wheel for the first time! Their excitement was just pouring out of them.
As you can tell by Ezra’s huge smile he was having a blast!
The Kiddie Park also offers private events and birthday parties.
Don’t forget to get your carnival food like funnel cakes, cotton candy, popcorn and more!

That was such a fun day! Love the pics 🙂
I have pictures of you at that Birthday party. You’ve probably seen them. Looks like Luke and his friends had the same good time as you and your friends years ago!!
We love Kiddie Park. Great photos!
We love Kiddie Park. It’s so nice to have a place just for little kids.
Kiddie Park is the best! My husband and even his mom have lots of memories of going there as kids.
It’s nice to have a place so close to home for the little ones in our life. It also helps them feel more independent.
