I have been on a major healthy eating kick lately. When it comes to fast food in San Antonio there are pretty much zero options in terms of something good for you. Well that won’t be the case for too much longer! Chef Mike Behrend and his team from Green Vegetarian Cuisine are excited to be opening Earth Burger this summer!
Earth Burger will feature fast foods that are tastier, fresher and healthier alternatives including vegan and vegetarian! I was so excited to be invited to a tasting where I got to try out their entire menu – and believe me – you would never believe the deliciousness in your mouth could possibly be vegan and vegetarian!
I could eat an entire meal of this kale salad! Similar to the one at Green and very yummy!
Chik-n-tenders with honey mustard – these seriously tasted exactly like chicken to me. I’m sure this is going to be a favorite of Luke’s!
Another fave of mine – the Chik-n-Wrap.
