I have never felt more lazy in my entire life than I have this week! Since I’ve gotten back from the hospital I’ve done absolutely nothing! For the last couple of days Daddy Russ has been treating me like a queen! He has been so patient and sweet to me. Checking on me constantly, giving me kisses, asking if there is anything he can get me, taking care of Luke, cleaning, doing laundry and so much more! I don’t know what I would do without him!
Additionally, we have been so very blessed to have a group of our friends bringing us meals each and every day! I can’t tell them thank you enough! It has been so relieving to not have to go to the store or worry about what we are going to eat! We are truly grateful and I love you all!
Each day is better than the previous day and I’m starting to feel so much better. I’m able to move around a lot more and gradually am not feeling so out of breath. Many days I snuggle up in bed for most of the day either reading on my Kindle or working on my laptop. Frequently throughout the day Luke will toddle in with a big grin on his face and ask to get in bed with me. He’ll curl up next to me and we’ll have some C&C time (Cuddling & Cartoons). He is the perfect medicine for feeling better! I’ll be going back to my doctor in the next couple of weeks so we can decide the next course of action.
