Daddy Russ and I had such a great weekend celebrating our 5th year anniversary! He always does such a great job of making me feel loved and special! And, of course, for our 5 year anniversary he really went all out to give us a special day!
Daddy Russ took me to a new restaurant called, Bliss, located in downtown San Antonio. I love trying new, fancy restaurants so I was uber-excited to go have dinner here!
The restaurant is owned by culinary chef, Mark Bliss, and opened in 2012.
We began the meal with a delicious meat and cheese plate. I could eat this type of finger food all day long!
This was followed by a delicious arugula salad – very similar to a caesar salad.
For my main entree I had these perfectly cooked scallops. Can I just say…a-MA-zing!
Daddy Russ enjoyed a lovely filet. As you can tell, their presentation is incredible.
And for dessert…a mouth-watering pecan pie!
The restaurant also has two awesome patios that would be perfect to dine on in cooler weather.
Sometimes it’s just nice to have a night out with the hubby!
