Sisterdale, Texas has my vote for the cutest town! I don’t even know if you can call it a “town.” The population is 25 (seriously….25 people). Sisterdale is located right in the heart of the Texas Hill Country and is home to Sister Creek Vineyards.
We loved visiting Sister Creek Vineyards. The Wine Tasting Room Manager was fantastic – very knowledgable and humorous.
The tasting room is located in an old cotton gin and is absolutely ADORABLE!
You can’t tell in this picture but we were all dragging pretty hardcore. We might have had a little too much fun the night before and it was our first stop the next morning.
Bordeaux and Burgundy wine making techniques are employed to produce their Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot wines. These traditional wines are aged in 60 gallon oak barrels for up to three years.
I loved Brittany’s ring and the color of her nail polish. The polish reminded me of Essie’s “Turquoise and Caicos” color.
Cute little Megan giving a smile to the camera. She was kind enough to be our driver all weekend.
Whitney working it on the way out of the tasting room.
Another awesome trip to a local Texas winery! I am so lucky to have so many great wineries near by. To learn more about Sister Creek Vineyards click here.

I love your photos! And wine tasting, never have in Texas though!
Thank you! There are lots of wineries in Texas now. Many of them are fairly close together in the Texas Hill Country so it’s a fun weekend outing. Plus, the drive is gorgeous.
I notice Brittany’s nail color in your earlier blogs and totally “LOVED” it the moment I spotted it. I just might have to try that color. Enjoyed the pictures!
I’ve got the color. You can use mine 🙂 It will look great on you!
