Today was such a blessing! The day started off with an awesome sermon from Pastor Ray at Oakwood Baptist Church (By the way, Pastor Ray is pretty much the best pastor ever. He’s so amazing that we find it highly worth it to drive to New Braunfels for church. If you ever have the opportunity to hear him speak I definitely recommend it. He is also the pastor that married Daddy Russ and I).
After church both Daddy Russ’ and my family joined us at our house for some yummy lunch and, of course, an Easter egg hunt. Luke had a blast hunting for eggs with his sweet cousin, Dakota. Luke got the hang of it pretty quickly and even put some eggs in his basket (of course, most of them he had to taste first). It was also a treat because Luke’s Great Great Grandmother was there.
It was just such a joyous occasion celebrating the resurrection of our Lord and Savior and spending the day with family!!
