Luke visited the Big Man for the second time yesterday (Mom’s very in to really getting every minute worth of his 1st Christmas)! We ventured over to Bass Pro Shops located at The Rim. Daddy Russ was the one who let met know about their awesome Santa Wonderland. It even received “Best Santa” by KABB-TV (FOX) so of course Luke had to go!
It really was AWESOME! The Santa was a real Santa (ie. real beard) and they had a carousel, stuffed reindeer and a beautiful setting. You receive one free picture with Santa and there are lots of acitivities for the older kids including a shooting gallery, trains, slot car racing and even crafts!
The line was pretty long when I went but they have a pretty good system in place to keep things moving. Right when you arrive be sure to get a ticket that has a time on it for your scheduled photo.
While we waited in line there was a little girl right in front of us that walked up to Santa and said, “Hey! I saw you at the mall yesterday!” Just too cute!
