Since the Royal Wedding fashionistas have closely kept their eye on the new Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, as she became the new “It Girl” in fashion. She has been leading trends with her influential (and many times unexpected) style. She recently has started a jewelry trend everyone is wearing (including myself). Forget the chunky necklace because it’s all about minimalist and delicate jewelry!
Delicate jewelry can still make a beautiful statement with its subtlety and sophistication. One of my personal favorite jewelry stores, Lee Michaels, has a stunning collection called Harmony that, not only is gorgeous, but is also top quality and features excellent price points for all budgets.
Before I share some of these stunning designs I wanted to let you know they have kindly offered a fabulous giveaway for my lovelies!

If you are one of my readers in San Antonio, Lee Michaels has two local locations (The Shops at La Cantera and North Star Mall) but they also have stores in Louisiana and Mississippi. Not located in one of those states? That’s ok! You can also shop their online site which has an amazing inventory of fine jewelry.
They are a family-owned company that offers the best craftsmanship, service and selection.
The key to minimalist jewelry is all in the layering. With larger statement pieces I typically recommend to limit to one major piece of jewelry. With dainty jewelry feel free to wear earrings, necklaces, bracelets AND rings all at the same time!
Hoops have also made a resurgence lately but they are updated in shape. These 14 karat gold hoops are in a “marquis shape” which make them a bit more interesting than a traditional hoop and they have pave diamonds along them for just the right amount of sparkle.
ALL THE RINGS! With dainty jewelry you can adorn all your fingers with rings! It’s truly the more the merrier! I selected three different rings from the Lee Michael’s Harmony collection that all had a different style to them.
First was a “Two Tone Diamond Fashion Ring” which featured two 14k yellow gold open rows accented with pave diamonds and a 14k white gold row accented with 6 baguette diamonds vertically set down the center. This is literally a ring you can wear every day! I would even wear it with a pair of jeans and a crisp, white button up.
Next, I added a little bit of edge to my look with this 14k Snake Ring that included emeralds for the snake’s eyes and pave diamonds from tip to tail. I love that extra hint of color from the emeralds that draw the eye.
My final ring is a stunner and actually looks like multiple rings in one. It’s 18k with five different rows and accented with pave diamonds.
Any of these gorgeous rings could be worn by themselves or mixed and matched together. I actually could have even worn MORE of these fabulous ring designs.
And don’t forget about this arm party going on! I stacked four different bracelets:
- Yellow Gold Diamond Bangle: This 14k yellow gold bracelet features pave diamond set across the top with a hinged push button safety clasp. Diamonds total approximately 1.00tw.
- White Gold & Diamond Thin Cuff Bracelet: This elegant cuff bracelet features a row of round diamonds set in 14k white gold on a polished and sectioned 14k white gold band that is open at the ends. Diamonds total approximately 1.00tw.
- Diamond Bangle: 14k white gold bangle has five round diamonds set across the top with a concealed clasp and safety catch. Diamonds total approximately 0.29tw.
- White Gold Diamond Bangle: This 14k white gold bracelet features prong set round diamonds with bead work across the top. Diamonds total approximately 0.83tw.
And don’t be afraid to mix your metals. As you can see mixing white and yellow golds work perfectly.
Lee Michaels’ Harmony collection is so lovely and there are even more gorgeous pieces in-store and online. It’s definitely a trend that you will be seeing me wear more often! To learn more about Lee Michaels click here.
