Many people don’t know this but I actually suffer from a degenerative eye disorder called Keratoconus. Because of this I’ve been a “Four Eyes” for a LONG time! My vision is horrible. As in my lenses are truly the definition of “bottle cap lenses.” Most people don’t know I wear glasses though because I’ve always been hesitant to wear my uber-dorky old glasses. BUT I’m so excited to now be proudly sporting the chicest eyewear from Coastal and today I’m chatting about the biggest eyewear trends of 2018!

Before we get into those trends let me first introduce you to Coastal! I selected two different lenses. The first is the Kam Dhillon “Louisa” which features these super cool, thick black frames which are so popular right now and very versatile. Secondly, the Kam Dhillon “Hutton-52” in tortoise shell which is a bit edgy and nontraditional but still go with everything.
I was worried that they would have a hard time with my prescription. In addition to the keratonconus I also have astigmatism in one eye that is much worse than the other. But guess what! They nailed it on the first try!

Take a clue from celebs and fashion divas who know that the right pair of fashion peepers can put in, instantaneous charisma, chic and polish to any look. My doctor recommended I steer clear of contact lenses (more on that later) or because I have allergies that dry out my eyes; I genuinely like wearing them.
