Who’s ready to join me for a girl’s night?! As many of you know one of my besties, Aquila Mendez-Valdez from Haute In Texas, and I are frequently together but usually it’s with work or kids. It’s a rarity for us to get to enjoy a girl’s night so when we had the opportunity to visit one of our favorite downtown luxury apartment complexes called Agave we thought we should make a night out of it!
I always love visiting Agave because if we had the opportunity to live downtown this is the exact place I would want to live. I previously introduced the luxury apartments when they opened (click here). The location is absolutely phenomenal being walking distance from Southtown, Blue Star, King Williams District and all the hottest spots in downtown.
The apartments are stylish with wood style flooring, artfully designed kitchens, ten-foot ceilings, walk-in closets and so much more. If you are a fashionista these apartments are for you! We visited one of their furnished apartments and enjoyed some bubbly on the porch which overlooked the downtown skyline. You can catch the Tower of the Americas in the background. I could truly imagine us living there as roomies!
The apartment complex also has direct access to the Riverwalk trail, electric car charging stations, resident lounge, private work areas, and a chef kitchen with an entertaining dining area.
If you are looking for more outdoor activities they have a resort style pool and poolside grill, rooftop deck and a palm tree courtyard with relaxing hammocks, outdoor kitchen and gaming area.
This was the fabulous apartment that we visited! I loved the open kitchen that makes it perfect for entertaining and visiting with your girlfriends. I need them to come decorate for me!

Time to get ready to go out! As you can see the bathrooms are fairly spacious and have framed mirrors.
This is the resident lounge where you can play ping pong, watch tv and enjoy time with friends. I love this artwork hanging on the wall.
