I’m a 5’3″ short thing so there are some silhouettes that I really have to hunt to find a version that fits me. Jumpsuits are one of those styles that are harder for us little shorties. After much searching I finally found this little tailored number that worked! The fabric doesn’t hug my curves too much and allows me the opportunity to utilize a belt to give myself a more hourglass shape. Wondering if you too can wear a jumpsuit? Keep on scrolling and you’ll find some tips on how to wear a jumpsuit.
- If you are tall and thin feel free to rock the patterns. For others (including myself) we are better off in solid colors or small prints.
- Shorter gals stay away from the wide leg versions and opt for a skinny leg to elongate you.
- Throw a jacket over it! I’ve actually styled this jumpsuit with a white blazer before (here) and it makes an excellent work option.
- Avoid getting jumpsuits that are skin tight with clingy material (no Olivia Newton John ladies!)
