Luke had his 15-month check-up today. I know I say this pretty much every day but I can’t believe how much he’s grown. I really will miss this stage that he’s at right now. He’s so sweet and lovable and just full of energy. I love hearing him running around the house laughing and gibbering. The poor thing had to have four vaccinations today. Just about broke my heart. It took three of us to hold him down. But within 5 minutes he was back to normal!

Summer is coming to a close so I’ve been getting out all my favorite summer outfits to wear before it starts to cool down. This was one of my faves. This chiffon blouse from Mono B is very comfortable and I love the little polka dots (actually, technically, it’s not dots. They are really very tiny hearts).

I paired it with some black high-waisted shorts from Francesca’s Collections.

Cute little red ballet flats from Target give the outfit a bit of color.
