This past week I was honored to be invited to a Mommy Blogger and Me event at the Witte Museum. It was such a fun event and Luke and I both had a great time!

The event focused on the new South Texas Heritage Center. My family is an old cattle ranching and farming family in South Texas so I really enjoyed this amazing exhibit.
I loved these photos taken at the King Ranch.
The museum had these awesome demonstrations with actors dressed up in clothing from the 1850s. They provided information and facts on daily life back then. Little Luke was mesmerized (separate blog post coming on his outfit).
Luke was tired so we didn’t get to go to the HEB Science Treehouse but I’m definitely planning to go again and do this.

I just love the little picture of Luke on the bench intently watching. I remember when we took you, your sister and your girl cousins to the Witte museum years ago. I’d like to go again someitme with you & Luke.
He really seemed interested in the demonstrations. At least he sat there like a good boy!
