One of the great things about Lollapalooza is you can pretty much wear anything you want. Attendees of all ages experiment with fashion resulting in some pretty interesting combinations and styles. On Day 2 of Lollapalooza, I went a bit more “rocker” with the ultimate goal to be comfortable and try to stay cool (it was SUPER hot). There was also a storm coming so I knew it was going to get pretty muddy. In the end, I decided on cutoff shorts and shirt and a pair of ankle boots.

I made these cutoff shorts out of an old pair of jeans. Super easy project!

I found this cool shirt at Urban Outfitters with these wide cutoff sleeves. I wore a bandeau top underneath. You can’t tell but it has some fun studs on the shoulders. Pardon the crappy phone photo.

These boots were a great find at Target! I love the fringe detailing.

I wore a feather accessory in my hair that I made a couple years ago. Perfect for Lolla!

What outfit would you wear if you were going to Lollapalooza?

And, surprisingly, they are really comfy with lots of cushion. You know how normally if you buy cheap shoes they are usually pretty uncomfortable? Well, these are a total surprise when you stick your foot in them!
