We all know the lyrics….

Let’s go to Luckenbach, Texas

With Waylon and Willie and the boys

This successful life we’re livin’ Got us feuding like the Hatfields and McCoys

Between Hank Williams’ pain songs and Newberry’s train songs and Blue Eyes Cryin’ in the Rain

Out in Luckenbach, Texas ain’t nobody feelin’ no pain

I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve heard this song and wanted to go to Luckenbach, Texas! And now….I officially have!

Luckenbach is a tiny hamlet located in the Texas hill country. It was established as a trading post in 1849.

I just love this picture of all of us laughing. You can tell we were having such a great time.

This is one of the workers at Luckenbach! We loved his authentic Texas garb and he was super sweet and a good sport to take pictures with us.

I bet there hasn’t been many people who have rolled in to Luckenbach in a limo – but we like to go big! This was our awesome limo driver, Trent, who also owns Zulu Helicopters in Fredericksburg.

Our beautiful bride, Brittany! She just looks fabulous in every photo!

Miss Kate Hall! Recognize that necklace? I featured the same one a couple days ago. It’s from Red (my new fave store in Fredericksburg).

Mommy Tori walking in to Luckenbach for the first time!

They have the coolest cowboy hat store in Luckenbach. I got so close to buying a hat! I totally regret now that I didn’t buy it.

We had a blast goofing off and trying on different hats.

This was Daddy Russ’ gift – the coolest beer holder ever!

They host a lot of great concerts in Luckenbach and also have some awesome barbeque. To learn more about Luckenbach or to view their concert calender click here. And if this made you in the mood to hear the Luckenbach, Texas song by Waylon Jennings then click here!

This is my sTORI being written as you read. – Love, Mommy Tori
